Composition
The Total Panel System products are made of fiberglass and resin. Their "real" visual appearance comes from the fact they are reproductions of real stone walls - hence with natural imperfections and irregularities.
They are tinted with dyes based on minerals, and thus a very natural visual finish is obtained.
The hollow products "columns" and "false beams" are particularly useful for concealing cables and their low weight is particularly practical.
Specifications
The panels are 285cm long by 130cm high. They are light (about 5-6 kg / m2) and thin (about 2 cm thick).
Flexible, practical, handy, solid, unalterable, timeless, multifunctional, they allow an easy and fast installation and with an impressive visual rendering.
All our products are certified to the European standards for the anti-fire classes according to the standard Euro Ds3d0 as standard (M3). It is possible to obtain panels (M1) according to EN Bs3d0, but a certain delay and a supplement of price (~ + 20%) are requested
Outdoor use ?
Yes, Total Panel System panels can also be installed outdoors - therefore to the weather, under certain conditions of installation and exposure.
They also have a good resistance to UV which warrants the resistance of the colors exposed to the sun and to the weather.
Installation
The panels screw directly onto any support, even irregular or rough.
Once secured, the screws and seals are masked with a mastic matching the texture of the panels.
